The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance.

How do I use this product?

1. Once you get the account, sign into it in the Rubio's website or app. 

2. Go to the Rewards section, and validate the point balance is correct. 

3. Select "Redeem in Restaurant" on the reward item of your choice. This will prompt a QR code in which you can show the cashier to redeem.

4. Leave a vouch & enjoy your food!
