There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with incorrect balance. 

You can use the Gift Card to do orders via their app for pickup/delivery. Just put any pin for the pin number.

How do I use this product?

1. Check the balance to validate it's correct as captured (link is at bottom)

2. Download the app StoCard or GiftMe (Available for iOS and Android).

3. Go through the process of adding your gift card to the app. You only need the code, you can put 0’s for the pin since you don’t need any pin.

4. Have the cashier scan the barcode generated by the app. Some times, they may have to type it manually depending on the specific location.
