Pinkberry Gift Cards

There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid balance, or errors while scanning instore. 

How do I use this product?

1. Once you receive the product, check the balance and report an issue if captured is incorrect. (Link is below)  

2. Download the app StoCard or GiftMe (Available for iOS and Android).

3. Go through the process of adding your gift card to the app. You only need the code, you can put 0’s for the pin since you don’t need any pin.

4. Have the cashier scan the barcode generated by the app.
