The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards.

How do I use this product?

1. Once you get the account, sign into it in the Office Depot website. 

2. Go to the rewards section to verify the rewards are as captured. 

3. Save the phone number ONLY to your phone. Go into the office depot store, get what you want. At checkout the cashier will ask for the rewards phone number, give them the account number, and then on the pinpad it will ask if you wish to redeem rewards. Press 'Yes' and then it will use all available rewards.
