Mix It Up Gift Cards

There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an incorrect balance or a disabled card. You must show us a picture of receipt if the card has a bad balance. 

READ: Most customers do not have any issues with redeeming these cards. In the event you are unable to properly use it, we DO NOT refund you. Call ahead to your local store in advance if your worried they are not able to take it. You should ask them to manually type it and they would work anywhere. 

How do I use this product?

There is currently issues with the balance check. Balance checking is NOT possible at the moment. You can still scan the cards normally instore. 

2. Download the app StoCard or GiftMe (Available for iOS and Android).

3. Go through the process of adding your gift card to the app. You only need the code, you can put 0’s for the pin since you don’t need any pin.

4. Have the cashier scan the barcode generated by the app. In the event, they cannot scan, they can also manually type it
