There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

This warranty covers issues with the balance.

How do I use this product?

1) Sign into the purchased account. Navigate to the Rewards section, then the reward settings where you will see the accounts rewards profile.

2) Change the email to an email you created (not yet linked to a Michaels account).

3) Go on a new broswer/tab and sign up for a Michaels account.

4) When it asks if you signed up for rewards, select in-store, email, and enter the same email address you just changed the previous rewards to.

5) Finish account creation, and the rewards are on your account!

6) Add all of the rewards to checkout and place your order.
