There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance.

How do I use this product?

1. Once you get the account, sign into it in the Firehouse Subs account with the link below. 

2. Go to the rewards section, and validate the point balance. 

3. Choose your desired reward, and activate it. Go into the account settings and save the account phone number. 

4. Go instore Firehouse Subs and order the redeemed items, and then provide them the phone number of the account. Enjoy your food!  DO NOT DO DELIVERY OR PICKUP ORDERS.
