There is a 6-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an incorrect balance or a disabled card.

Product comes in format CARDNUMBER:PIN + CAPTURED BALANCE

How do I use this product?

1. Once you receive the product, validate the balance on Dunkins website balance checker (Link below) 

2. Download the app StoCard or GiftMe (Available for iOS and Android).

3. Go through the process of adding your gift card to the app. You only need the code, you can put 0’s for the pin since you don’t need any pin.

4. Have the cashier scan the barcode generated by the app. You can use in both the drive-thru and instore. You are not able to add these cards to your Dunkin app, since they are already registered through an account.
