Dickey's Barbeque Pit Rewards

There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance. 

How do I use this product?

You can use rewards between ALL of their brands - Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Wing Boss, Big Deal Burger, and Trailer Birds. You will have to sign onto the respective app to redeem. 

1. Once you get the account, sign into it in the Dickey's BBQ account via app. (You will use a QR Code through the app)  

2. Go to the rewards section of the account, and verify the balance as captured. 

3. Redeem the rewards you wish to use, you will have a QR code you can scan at checkout. Enjoy the free food!
