There is a 48-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance. 

How do I use this product?

1. Log into the account

2. Add what you want to the cart

3. Check out and change the email under the contact info section, do not change it in settings. You can also change the phone number if you want to. They can be changed to something random.

4. Order and enjoy :)

If you have invalid password errors, try logging in through browser instead. Sometimes the app can give issues which could be related to your IP, how many accounts you've signed into, or something else flagging it.
