There is a 12-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance. 

How do I use this product?

1. Once you get the account, sign into the buffalo wild wings site (link is at bottom).  

2. Go to the rewards and validate the points. 

3. You must first redeem the voucher for the items you wish to order (dont add them to the cart yet) -- redeem the rewards for each item first! 

4. Once you have created a reward for each item your ordering, then add the exact same item to the cart. If for example you ordered a 25 piece wing, but got a 30, the voucher won't work. 

5. Do order pickup, and change the name/email/number of the order.

6. It has been asking for a service charge as of recently. We recommend using a gift card site like https://www.prezzee.com/ so you can just use a $5 BWW Gift Card (and you can save it for next time!)

7. Pickup the order at the respective time, and enjoy!

Call the location and order over the phone, and give them the phone number. You still have to redeem the certificates ahead of time on the website.
