There is a 24-hour warranty on this product. We will not honor any replacements outside of the warranty. 

The warranty covers issues with an invalid account or the wrong rewards balance. 

METHOD 1 (INSTORE)

How do I use this product?

1. Once you get the account, visit the Bath & Body Works Website and sign in. (Site linked at bottom)

2. Press Account -> My Rewards Wallet

3. Verify the account has the reward voucher for a free item of $16.50 value.

4. Go in-store and have the cashier scan the barcode in the account for the free item.

You can only use one reward per transaction if using multiple rewards, do multiple transactions. 

METHOD 2 (SHIPPING)

1. Sign into account and validate rewards as captured. Report replacement before you change any account info.

2. Change email, and ideally use an email bomber to bomb email.

3. Order to your house, or to a service like reship.com.

4. Enjoy your free candles/goodies!
